  • Day 1: "Understanding the Hustle & Laying the Foundation." On Day 1, you will learn the four types of hustle, and how transparency and ethics are the pathways to a legitimate business.

  • Day 2: "Transparency & Ethics: The Pathway to a Legitimate Business." Day 2 focuses on mindset shifting from employee to employer. You will also learn the importance of knowing your business 'why' and your customers' 'why'

  • Day 3: "Structure & Identity" On Day 3 focuses on selecting the best business structure. Participants will also get to work on their business formation, including their business Name, Tagline, as well as their Vision & Mission Statements.

  • Day 4: "Getting Legit" On Day 4, participants will learn the foundational steps every business needs, such as state registration, EIN number, bank account, etc. Participants will complete their compliance sheet to document their legal responsibilities clearly and simply.

  • Day 5: "Understanding Your Customer & Your Numbers" On Day 5, participants will create their client avatar (Who they serve, their customer’s problem, desire, or frustration; what motivates their purchasing decisions; and where to find them.)
